Shipping
Here a Stitch Quilt Shop currently only ships within Canada.
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 for orders up to $155. For orders over $155 before taxes, shipping is free.
We make every effort to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post.
Returns
Returns will be excepted within 30 days of purchase for refund. To receive a refund, product must be unused and in new condition. You will not receive a refund for shipping charges.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return for a refund, contact customerservice@hereastitch.ca.
If there is an error with your order, and you received the wrong product, please contact us right away, so we can correct the issue.
